My experience with Ambrose has been great which is why I am renewing my lease. Caleb and his team are outstanding from the leasing agents to the maintenance guys. Management tries really hard to make sure the residents have a safe, positive and exciting experience from resident events to updating amenities and prompt maintenance. Absolutely no complaints all praise from this resident. Thanks Ambrose!

So far, i have no regrets choosing this place. They always make sure you are taking care, safe and attended your needs/requsts. In addition, near to Hospital, deep ellum, public transpo (dart,bus), and market.

Such a nice and quiet place considering the “party town” surroundings! I’ve been at the Ambrose for 3years now and they are truly the best at what they do for their residents. Always attentive of our needs and very sweet. I love it here

I’ve been here 3 years. Convenient to all of the restaurants and bars. The events are fun. Maintenance is always on top of things and helpful.

My daughter & I love it here. The management, leasing & maintenance teams are Phenomenal to say the least. They are understanding, caring & attentive. So glad I chose the Ambrose Community.

I love love love living here! Staff, Management and maintenance go above and beyond! Of course you get what comes with living in the area, but they do a great job of staying on top of things!

My experience at Ambrose has been pretty good . I’ve been here for almost two years and haven’t had any issues with my apartment. The management team is pretty cool and professional.I enjoyed the convenience that Ambrose offers being able to walk and grab food and have Sunday funday. The only thing I’d add to my Ambrose experience is more visitors parking and a faster elevator 😂

This place is amazing. Great view and location. However, the elevator is continuously broken. I live on the 4th floor. I have friends with health problems (hard for them to walk up flights of stairs) which make it difficult when they visit. Once the elevator is fixed, I will update to 5 stars. Edit: Elevator fixed - thanks! Edit 2: (2.22.20) - Elevator broke again. Back to 1 star. Edit 3: (2.23.20) - Went to the gym and now the treadmill is broke (attached picture). Guess I'll burn those calories walking up the stairs to the 4th floor because the elevator is still broke. Edit 4: (2.24.20) Hooray! It's fixed! 5 stars! Edit 5: Just going to stay at 1 star. Tired of updating but the elevator broke again.

There are consistently homeless sleeping in the complex. Management, whom I've alerted multiplt times, can't be bothered; they tell you to call 911 and state there is a trespasser. I'll agree with the other comments on gates and elevators- regularly broken. During this pandemic, service has been decreasing. There is a lack of communication and are still waiting for the gym and business center to open even while complexes around us already are. Pol has very limited hours. I had plumbing issues during office hours and was told they might not be able to come due to covid. Once I stated plumbing can be a source of public health concerns, the office staff managed to schedule it. Last time I went in the office with 2 employees inside, I was told they were "closed" when i had a simple question.
